【猎头职位：上海需要一位 Senior Engineering (Software)】联系人：Effie-Huang，邮箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查询职位啦！打开手机微信，搜号码“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公众帐号“KT人才”或扫描以上二维码即可添加，欢迎大家关注！ Role & responsibilities: 1、Develop and support software for XXX LiquidIO Network adapters； 2、Participate in host driver development for Linux and firmware development for NIC； 3、Contribute to performance and/or feature enhancements of the existing software package (including various networking stacks) ； 4、Work as part of a dynamic software team on various XXX products； 5、Support customer in development of customized solution using XXX products； 6、Software development work will include learning of hardware products, protocol stacks, existing software on those products and other related software tools； 7、The development work includes supporting/maintaining existing software and development for new RFCs/protocols. Requirements： 1、8+ years of experience in linux networking device drivers and network packet processing at L2/L3/L4； 2、Excellent C programming skills； 3、Strong knowledge of networking protocol stacks (TCP/IP, UDP)； Experience with Virtualization networking technologies like OVS, NSX & PCIe virtualization (SRIOV) would be a plus； 4、Proven experience with solving real-time embedded issues, including threading, optimization, memory management, interrupt handling, etc； 5、Experience in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and performance optimization for embedded systems； 6、Familiarity with OCTEON/MIPS CPU architecture (desirable but not required)； 7、Working experience with multi-core/multi-CPU environments； 8、Understanding of HW/SW virtualization concepts are highly desirable； 9、Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills； 10、Excellent communication skills to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization and to participate in problem solving and quality improvement activities； 11、Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills； 12、Grounded, detail-oriented, always backs up ideas with facts； 13、Must have the ability to define problems, issues and opportunities, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from various datasets； 14、Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment； BS/MS 8+ years of related experience; degree discipline to be in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.  |
